Two friends and I entered the Iowa State Fair's annual "Mr. Legs" competition, where men show off their legs and are judged in several categories including hairiest, skinniest, palest, and tannest. Though the casual competition is clearly built around concepts of masculinity and whiteness, though it does not address them.

 

We thought it sounded like a fun party to crash. After building our costumes out of cardboard, spandex, pipecleaners, barbie legs, and more, Haus of Leg was ready to take the stage!
